Scene from the 2006 movie "Babel", with Gael Garcia Bernal and Adriana Barraza traveling from San Diego to a wedding in Mexico. She's the kids' nanny and decides to bring them, it doesn't go well.

The music is "Cumbia Sobre el Rio" by Celso Piña and Control Machete.
