therealblankmansays...From the Google website: "After eating a rarebit, a man has an odd dream in which his wife takes in a strange-looking animal that eats ... all » everything in sight and keeps growing until it threatens the entire city." Directed by Winsor McCay, 1921."
Apparently, this Winsor McCay fellow is one of the earliest pioneers of drawn animation. See this Wikipedia link... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winsor_McCay
bamdrewsays...I absolutely love Winsor McCay, and the Little Nemo adventures. Incredible stuff. The end reminds me of Akira (especially the bubbles from the poison part). Thanks for sharing.
I bookmarked this page a while back, http://www.bugpowder.com/andy/e.mccay-all.html , where they host the coolest rarebit strip I've seen so far.
