The new DOOM is fantastic. One of the most enjoyable games I've played in a while and you do get some bang for your buck with the snapmap level creator & the multiplayer modes (although both of those are a little underwhelming to be honest, I do believe time will make the game worth the $60 admission fee (but definitely worth the $36 fee on CDKEYS.com ;)).

But, the single-player campaign is fucking AWESOME. One of the things that I appreciate most about the game is how wondrous the music/soundtrack/sound engineering is. Here's a brief glimpse into the sound guy's DOOM world, it's sort of like a melding of Nine Inch Nails, Meshuggah's "Djent" and cheesy wub wub electronic stuff and it works.
