Some people don't think it happens because they never see it. Some of us have, and seen the data that supports it. Gangs do exist, and it is a problem. It's a bad stereotype but low house prices seem to lead to more gangs. It's a good reason to see how these things were created.

Some of these gangs are the creations of invisible constructs. Gangs now days are not just gangs, they are criminal organizations like Mafia or Cartels.

MS-13 is a big gang now that everyone is afraid of, mostly propaganda. As much as I like to believe my neighborhood is a nice place police reports have proved different. In the midst of trying to stop crime they have increased the restrictions have limited the "civilians" civil liberties.
