Boric acid is only slightly more toxic than table salt. The average ~130lb person would need to ingest nearly a third of a pound for it to be lethal. You'll find it (diluted) in eye drops, stye treatments and such. Getting the undiluted powder in your eyes would probably be quite unpleasant and could damage your vision.

On the plus side, it's known to be very toxic to the unborn. So on the off chance that someone has bred with this nutcase, I think she just did everyone a big favor.
