This digital short was a highlight of the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday and will hopefully halt that most improbable of action-movie cliches: the badass hero walking away from an explosion in slow-motion.

The music video stars MTV Movie Awards host Andy Samberg, Will Ferrell and, best of all, J.J. Abrams (for string-tie keyboard solo!).
