Shirtless dude celebrating the Phillies winning the world series decides to make himself the center of attention and climb a street sign. Needless to say, Philly fans do what philly fans do best. Oh, and the "dink" you hear isn't artificially added in. Awesome!

There's really only been 13 viewers. The rest is repeat views by the same people.
If you hover the mouse cursor over "views" you'll see 9:13 ... which means 9 people have voted out of 13 logged in viewers.
