Chinese healer uses qi to heat objects to 200F

Master Jo is a qigong master who claims he can heal others by using his qi. Thermal cameras on the scene show him heating a paper towel to 200F using just his hands.

I'm generally skeptical about these things, but the thermal camera footage is pretty convincing. Anyone out there have a plausible explanation for this?

Simple explanation is there is something in the water that reacts with the aluminum foil... such as bromine or sodium chloride....not sure what though.
