Girl firing a rifle gets a pretty bad scope cut on her forehead. Always practice proper safety.

Eye protection, ear protection, set the stock firmly in your shoulder, finger off the trigger until you're ready to fire. Ugh.

..also the shown treatments seems wrong,
I think, as with nosebleeds, one should tilt the head forward, not backward, but I could be mistaken.
