Way to not know what you're talking about, qualm. Yeah, a bunch of civilians have died, but the vast majority of those deaths have been caused directly by insurgents. I couldn't even begin to tell you how strict the collateral damage policies are, because you probably wouldn't listen.

I'm sure the countless grieving mothers of the babies whose little bodies were torn to shreds by US bombs will take comfort from those words. Now that that's settled back to the music!

A lot of pretty million dollar toys.

As a young researcher looking at a career of dependence primarily on government funds I wonder if making things that kill better would be more fundable than what I'm currently doing... which is kind of the opposite. Growth in DARPA funds sure are kicking the NIBIB's ass in this administration.
