Bill Murray & The Cubs Sing Go Cubs Go on SNL

From YT:
Just minutes after SNL alum Dana Carvey wrapped his Weekend Update desk bit as The Church Lady, one of the most legendary castmembers in the show’s history made his homecoming as well: Bill Murray.

Murray, who joined the cast of Saturday Night Live in 1976, has been prominently featured in the news lately for his undying devotion to the Chicago Cubs. This week, the Cubbies won their first World Series championship in 108 years; tonight, Murray joined Dexter Fowler, Anthony Rizzo, and David Ross of the Cubs (who previously demonstrated their, uh, assets in the show) for a rousing rendition of the Steve Goodman classic “Go Cubs Go.”
Bill Murray’s journey as a Cubs fan is well documented, and the comedic legend was heavily featured during the World Series broadcasts the last two weeks. Concerning Chicago’s long championship drought finally coming to an end, Murray said this week, “I’ve been imagining this for a long time.”
