Stealing from Sam K? I figure stealing would imply wrongdoing against Sam K... but they were close friends. They traveled together all the time on his shows.. He didn't seem like he felt like Bill did anything "wrong" towards him.

I guess if anyone yells..at all...ever.. they're stealing. Copyright on yelling..thats some magic right there.
