Allan Gregg interviews Christopher Hitchens on Bill Clinton

A previous interview on Kissinger was aired in April of '01, and this particular segment was recorded before Dubya's nomination in August of '01. Just in case anyone's wondering when Hitchens made these remarks.

Wow. I never really had a strong opinion of Mr. Clinton, pro or con. But sheesh, Hitch. Smoke a bowl dude.

Oh, too late.

This is tough to swallow especially in our euphoria having re-elected Obama. However, having lived through Clinton I can tell you Hitchens is not being a polemic here. Power then, as it is now, is in the service of power and that's what Clinton was and Obama is. Vote Nader. Or Ron Paul.
