Isn't this just High School Musical for baby boomers? I was really annoyed by the film, it was made according to the same aesthetic as every school play I've ever seen. The only good part was the trippy draft scene.

I'd call it more of a Moulin Rouge for baby boomers, although I'm a gen-Xer and loved it.

I liked a lot of the film, but this part made me want to tear out my eyeballs and pierce my eardrums .
