I know concerned parents such as ourselves are probably more likely to have well-adjusted kids, but I still wish there could be some way to really shield their brains from being deformed by all the poison that surrounds them.

It's that it's just all there, so easily accessed by them waaaaay before they're ready for such things.

And then even once they are actually old enough to view porn, it's not healthy to have that much really derogatory and objectifying crap just there, front and centre. There's this swathe of pretty dimwitted sorts (a bunch on the sift), who say 'You're not protecting them, you're denying them the reality of the world'

And those people are so very misguided. They've got this simplistic 'Knowledge is power' thing in their head, and believe that everything is better the more you know. And then completely forget that you need maturity and experience to handle a whole host of things properly. A protected, nurturing and magical childhood with parent who don't shy away from questions, but also don't let them be constantly inundated with harmful influences only makes you better able to handle the world as you grow older, not worse.

I guess, in my rambling way, I'm trying to say 'Keep up the good fight Lucky'

Yeah, a pain in the butt, Youtube found that as I uploaded it, but said it wasn't an issue... and then promptly blocked the content for most of the world.

It's good now. I was making one final fix that caused the server to hang. Because it was only for a few minutes, I didn't want to put the site back into Razzleberry mode.

Hey Lucky, any reason why my profile pic has gone from the usual cheery dog playing a banjo to one I used for a few days ago ages ago (the one of the chimp covered in poo... was some joke thing we were doing).

Yeah, I don't have instaban powers... there should be a way of calling for a ban on a user when they haven't posted anything but comments as that user did. currently they have to post a video in order to be banned.

You just have to click the instaban icon by their name at the top of the page, but you have to have a ruby to do that I think.
