The background for the close(er) up shot looks like it's just a different camera angle from the same episode--I don't think the shot is fake. But I agree that it look like whole video could have been cobbled together from different shots of the same episode.>> ^cito:

Sometimes I want to use a knife from the knife block in the kitchen, take it across my palm and cut it deep.
