Oh there was no mistake... I got all yer sly little nudges about my character and age, didn't get that past me, don't you worry about that.

And as for your judgment of my character and behavior I am choosing to ignore that... seeing as how you "belong to the cannon man" (your words, not mine) I don't find your rush to defend him by getting all angry and obnoxious with me as all that surprising.

In reply to this comment by LittleRed:
Since you obviously missed it, that wasn't a "Please, tell me how old you are, because I just have to know." It was a "Since you claim to be 25, please act your age. No one appreciates the 12-year-old you."

I also have gone back through more than two weeks of comments, and have yet to see these "good manners" you claim to be giving away.

I'm really not trying to bother you, or change your opinions on MGR. I'm only saying that in the less than a month that i've actually been a member, I've already witnessed several scathing personal attacks. If you want to have such a "discussion" on someone's personal profile, go for it. But everyone knows it's childish and petty to bring the entire community into an argument you'd like to have about someone else's character. This is an issue between you and him. Or maybe now it's a non-issue. Either way, your mother should have taught you that the proper way to tell someone "You're an ass" should never include anyone but the parties directly involved. I hope for your sake this isn't how you generally conduct your activities.

Much older than you... and, on average, I got so many good manners that I be giving them away... so, your lad must've really done something to warrant the expression of my ire in public... tell him congrats.

Also, if you think that bothering me about this is going to change my mind about things you are sorely mistaken.

In reply to this comment by LittleRed:
Must you pollute someone else's video with personal attacks and name calling? Are you really that ill-mannered?

If you feel that strongly about MGR, there would have been much more appropriate places to say so. Instead, you have nothing at all to say about the video, and start verbal attacks and name calling on a video someone else worked to find? How old are you, really?

In reply to this comment by raven:
Must I explain everything to you? Are you really that dense?

My first openGL moment was Tomb Raider on the PC, followed shortly by glquake. The BEST time ever gaming had to be Quake-2 with dual Voodoo-2's pushing 1024x768 in SLI mode. Loved it Loved it loved it!! Thats where "Deathcow" was born, in Tokays Towers and the Warehouse and The Edge. TEN YEARS and SIX DAYS AGO my friends, Quake 2.... God it was so good.

I'll say yes, because you have the same GPU, CPU and Ram I do.
HOWEVER - You might need a better PSU - 430 is a bit low.
Also, I would recommend that you check out the Asus P5NSLI MoBo. It's a great board for the price (< $100 USD), especially considering that it's 775 pin socket supports the quad-cores and has SLI capability for when your 8800 gets old.

"Shockwave" Area denial by tasers

CaptWillard says...

Do CSNY know how their song was misappropriated by the shitheels at Taser, or was that added in by some sly-boots parodist after the fact? Against my better judgment I'm going to upvote this, with the hope that increased exposure to this promotional video (via VS) repulses even more people to the idea of Taser usage.

What do you want or what are you giving for Christmas? Gift Ideas Accepted Here (Blog Entry by lucky760)

42 is a great number (for reasons other than it being the ultimate answer ). It's big, yet it won't overwhelm the living room.
Me? Well, if you want, I would like a new scoped .30-.30, please. Or maybe another 8800 GTS so I can go SLI. That would be nice.

And yeah, I gave up. Damn DS doesn't want to execute the .cfg file, so I executed it!

That sucks, man. But you do know that AlienWare isn't all that great? I mean, sure, if it's free, it's awesome. But you can get a superior system for a lot cheaper if you build it yourself.
[edit] Here's my setup, though I have 3GB of different RAM, a second 300GB hard drive and an aftermarket heatsink for my CPU

500GB SATA 3.0GB 7200RPM - $110
GeForce 8800 GTS TDH 640MB $360
Case - $45
Corsair DDR2 PC26400 800MHZ two 1GB sticks - $53
Asus P5N SLI mother board w/support for two gfx
cards and Intel's quard cores $105
650 watt PSU $70
Intel e6600 Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz $230
DVD R/W $35

Total $1008

Since you already have your peripherals, including XP, you could get away with dropping the case.
You could also get the 320MB version graphics, get a smaller Hard drive card and save some money too.

Casual Gay - Manly Clothes for Closet Homosexuals

kronosposeidon says...

I don't think the point was about the clothes themselves; I believe it was mainly to point out what closet homosexuals will go through to conceal their homosexuality while they still try to have gay sex on the sly. Just one man's humble opinion.

My apologies, I rarely log into videosift

You could rarely go wrong with the Meters; I picked up their Funkify Your Life: The Meters Anthology before a road trip and was groovin' across statelines. I don't really know if I would really consider Booker T & the MGs "funk" but I tend to group them with the Meters. The Very Best of Booker T. & the MG's will get you through a long day... Stax 50th Anniversary Celebration falls into the same cat., not exactly funk but some great music!

I guess the funkiest thing I'd listen to recently was Sly and the Family Stone's Greatest Hits and There's a Riot Goin' On. Hits brings up some pop and party, while Riot is more dirty. Any which way, you can't go wrong with any of that stuff. Happy listening!

The song at the beginning (and at the end) is the Meters' "Handclapping Song" from the album Struttin'.
