You're obviously entitled to your opinions, but be aware that most will find them reprehensible. There's nothing inherently wrong about using a decent camera to take selfies, and it's really no one's business other than those involved in the picture.

When I went to the Louvre last year, I stopped by the room where the Mona Lisa is hanging. What were people doing? Were they agape in awe at this masterwork? Were they contemplating the brilliance with which this painting was constructed? Nope. They were taking selfies with the goddamn thing. I don't think I saw a single person actually look at the painting for more than 5 seconds. Push your way to the front of the crowd, turn your back on the very thing you went all the way to Paris to see, then take a picture of you . . . with a picture.

Off-topic, the internet has become a landscape of painfully close up headshots. i'm sure I'm missing out on some good stuff but I can't stand watching people mugging in front of their bathroom mirror or sun visor like this guy, it's too off-putting, i can almost smell the bad breath coming off the selfie.

I didn't watch the video, I just upvoted it for his monologue. Hives, that made me laugh out loud. For me just replace the word "dancing" here with "selfie".
