Creative scammer would just be a "tourist", take the jet skis and use them for their own scam. Be kind of expensive if you had to replace your skis.

Here's my plan: Rent jet skis and drive them as fast as I fucking can parallel to the coast. Park it a few miles down, set it on fire...maybe a rag in the tank. Get to my strategically placed getaway rickshaw and book it.

I know it's probably selfish, but when I first saw the footage from Katrina, the first thing I thought was, "man, that would be so much fun to ride around on a jet-ski in there."

I can understand that point of view, honestly I can. Last nights remark, was my own personal Artistic one worded protest against the machine that is VIdeosift. I used to call dupe left and right and spend time on linking dupes, then I learned that absolutely nothing came from it. So I dont do it anymore, except for my last little soap box stand.

I think the Fail word gets thrown around too much.

If they polished up the design so that it becomes a little more useful then I could definitely see the fitness crowd enjoying it. It's like a self-powered jet ski... like people who ride bicycles instead of motorcycles.

History is full of impractical devices that turned out to be great fun. Try snow skiing.
