A real man would never initiate violence against a woman. This is a rule that is biological in nature. For most aspects of life, I consider men and women to be equal, but not here. If she were to throw a real punch, then yeah, you could sit her down on her butt, but not until she attacks first. Thrown drinks do not count.

This video shows a complete failure of polite society on several levels. As soon as voices were raised, everybody should have been paying close attention. As soon as she threw her drink, several men should have stepped between them. As soon as he knocked her down hard, several men should have made him bleed. Even if he had pushed her into the pool, there should have instantly been a line of men forcing that asshole out of the area.

More than even seeing a woman get knocked down, what pisses me off is all then men standing about doing nothing.

I consider myself to be more of a lover than a fighter, but if I had witnessed this, one of us would be going to the hospital.

IT NEVER FAILS: IF SOMEONE GETS KNOCKED DOWN OR KNOCKED OUT, THE NEAREST MEATHEAD IMMEDIATELY LIFTS THEM TO THEIR FEET. The fucking guy probably has a spinal injury and a concussion, LEAVE HIM ON THE FUCKING GROUND.

For my money the guy who pushed from behind should be in jail for assault. I know if someone did that to me they would have a horrible accident themselves some time in the future.

Some dick did that to me playing the demo once. We already had one person down, he shoots the car and runs to the safe room. The other two of us get knocked down while the hoard comes. We fight them off with pistols while laying on the ground and manage to survive, but he wouldn't come out of the safe room to help us up, even though it was clear. He waited several minutes for us to bleed out for the level to end.

I'm fixing to go play in a sec now that it's unlocked. I really shouldn't because I have somewhere I have to go tomorrow.

I finally saw whats left of KMFDM a couple years ago, in Atlanta... ridiculously fun... pit was very intense but with serious comradery... get knocked down and three people pick you up, that kind of thing.

Thank you for at least acknowledging my follow-up statements, though I must object to the word "hate". I don't hate anyone for their love of this or any other song. If you think this song is a finely crafted piece of art, as so many people I've met seem to, then I think you need to reevaluate the definitions of "fine", "craft" and "art", and suspect you need to be exposed to more.

I enjoy many, many other artists than those few I just grabbed off my media player, and within them there are sure to be more cringe worthy artists, more 'who's, more 'nice'... let everyone enjoy the full range of what they enjoy.

Of all the songs I really enjoy I don't think this a GREAT one, but I do think it's a REALLY FUN song, especially if you're drunk and singing along with your friends. However, if someone truly does believe this is a great song, so what? You say a person like this, just because he or she thinks this is an awesome song, is damaged goods?! I'm one of the few people I know who asks for critique on a regular basis. I'm always looking to improve myself. Up until the comment quoted here, you haven't offered any critique. Spoco did, and I recognized him for it. I may not agree with him, but at least he gave me something I could think on. All you did was tell me I had a sad life because I don't enjoy shit music. In this particular case, HIGHER. This has nothing to do with how I perceive myself so you'll have to find something else to be offended by. I simply expect more from music than a beat and 5-6 sentences repeated over and over.

This song is about drinking and being drunk. The music is mediocre at best. No depth, emotion, talent or creativity whatsoever. Many people are happy with a beat and some words they can sing along with, whether they mean anything or not; the popularity of this song proves that. I expect more.

If you fall into that category, that's fine. The "brainless dipshits" comment was referring to all the people proclaiming this "such a great song!" back in the day. It's not. It's cookie-cutter pop drivel that they play over and over on the radio stations you hear in the office.

Pray tell, who would that be?

You know from the size of the tree trunks where I live, that nothing here is older than about 50 years old. That means that almost everything at some time has been cleared. In some ways,this realization offers some consolation, because to look at, you wouldn't think we live in a barren wasteland.

There's quite a lot of greenery and trees, so it shows that nature can regenerate and regrow. You only have to look at some old photos of the timber-getting days to realise however, that this greenery is but a sad shadow of what used to exist. Trees with trunks so thick 5 men couldn't touch arms around it, were everywhere, then. There's nothing like that anywhere, now.

There's no majesty in nature here, now. Just a struggling attempt at regrowth that gets knocked down every few months with each new housing development that our corrupt and immoral government allows with its stamp of approval.
