I had bulgogi tacos from a truck in Portland last time I was there - so yum.

I love bulgogi. I buy it already prepared from Trader Joes. I can be lazy like that sometimes.

Maybe Reba McIntyre loves Bulgogi? The ingredients are a little different, but Japanese do a version of it, called yaki niku. The meat needs to be paper-thin. Save your fingers and get some from a Korean butcher.

Yeah, the KoGi truck has been around up for for a while now. People will wait for over two hours to get some. Little do they know, they're just blindly following a stupid fad, because lots of Korean restaurants in LA serve bulgogi tacos.

They only recently started using Twitter, but their lines have always been that long.

KoGi is very good, but definitely not worth the wait.

This makes me want to whip up some bulgogi now. (salivating...)
