There was one of these in a national forest near me, with wheels attached to numerous trees used as pulleys to hold the downhill rope up and a tireless motorcycle providing power from the top. It's far longer (150-200 yards) and steeper than this one. Now it's abandoned with the motorcycle gone, but it was used for years. Old school.
They used to have these at real commercial slopes with handles attached, they were called T-lifts.

I find if i think like that all the time i tend not to enjoy it. It seemed a bit staged (the quickness at which the orchestra was set up and going) but discarded that thought quickly and just enjoyed it... opposed to looking for all the things that would verify my thoughts of it being staged/fake. Anyway that's how my mind works when it comes to videos like this. I'm looking for maximum enjoyment as opposed to catchin' fakes which just tear the joy from my brain. That's never fun. Also just me.
