The wording on that made me snicker a bit. So very gracious of them, not to pursue the rape charge after all. I just can't believe that this kind of behavior isn't illegal itself, considering the HUGE consequences it could have had were there not proof to the contrary. I even looked up Crystal Magnum from the Duke Lacross incident to see what happened to her, and sure enough she's under no charges.

Nope, that was the real deal. I remember that episode. Of course it makes more sense in context but when you view it straight up like that it truly waxes of insanity. But then again, that was part of the charm that the show never took itself seriously.
