^For me at least, it's his enunciation and the way he seeks favor. He's a very lazy speaker at times, slurring his vowels and consonants together. Nothing that a good voice coach and some practice under his belt can't fix; so that his T's pops and his S's don't sound like Z's, etc.

Regarding his attitude, specifically in this clip, he goes from delivering the information to "I'm going to ingratiate myself to the viewer by being funny" with the line: "We're talking cage match! Here comes the elbow!", etc. He loses the intelligent argument by trying to use an less-than-intelligent delivery and analogy. Maybe that works for some, but not me.
