for choggie, you can knock pbs all you want, but there were some pretty damn educational shows that aired. Sesame Street, 321 Contact, Newton's Apple, Nature and Nova were staples of my childhood and they definitely didn't "dumb me down." It's interesting to see these clips again, from a different perspective like knowing who Grace Slick is and understanding what she did.

Holy crap I'd forgotten all about that. What a blast from the past. Reminds me of my grandmas house. We didn't have tv at mine...
