Actually you did get the dead invocation to go, and as a bronze star if the owner doesn't fix it within two days you can then fix it yourself from the deadpool.

I don't know why it works that way, but it does.

You can also add a backup embed by deliberately duping it, and using dupeof= to put the backup embed on, even though you can't use the backup= invocation until gold star.

Silver was the one I was hanging out for, that's where you get *quality and the first chance to directly promote someone else's vid.
