I've played through the entire game on Ps3, and I can prettymuch tell you that he really IS being overly-critical for the most part.

The money isn't useless, there's actually neat money-sinks in the game that allow you to do things like purchase upgrades for Monteregionni(Your villa) including art made during the renaissance, and you can't pickpocket things like throwing knives anymore. You can loot dead bodies and maybe find one every once in a while, but you've still gotta pay for the majority of replenishment for Poisons, bullets, knives, smoke bombs etc.

The game itself isn't easy for the most part, combat can be made quite easy because it really is just a lot of standing in a circle waiting to counter-attack for the easy I-win button, but I preferred to make it a challenge to start the fight by trying to assassinate as many guards as possible (Say, in a group of 4 or 6) before the first one I killed fell, and the rest noticed I was killing their buddies.

It's still a damn fine game.. just, bit of an off ending. The one complaint I have is you're supposed to get all these symbol things throughout the game before you complete the game, but if you don't find them it doesn't make as much sense.

That being said, now you know.

Well, I still bought it, but I haven't played it yet. We'll see. I actually really liked the first one, even with the repetitive mission structure.

So did I. I played it on PC, and I found it to be a lot of fun going through and doing every single side mission before attempting the plot missions, cleaning out each area of the city.

But the whole thing about it being too easy? And the uselessness of the money system? I dunno. That might be a deal breaker for me right there

Your absolutely right I got off context didn't I?

^ I would argue that life after death is a separate issue from creationism, and it is not what this video is even talking about. Whether or not there is a higher consciousness that "lives" in our brains, that belief is a different belief from someone thinking that there is some kind of uber-ghost-being that just decided to play with his chemistry set one day.

For example, I am 10,000% certain that the belief in a god that created all life--and that we are at the mercy of this mega-being--is a completely idiotic and absurd ideal. However, I am not so certain about the existence or non-existence of a higher consciousness. To me, the two are not two pieces of the same puzzle.

My avatar is a young Kubrick. I was just having a bit of fun with you, is all.

Oh.. hehe. I was just kind of being sarcastic and saying you could just google his name to find out about him. I like that site because it's made for things like that, allowing you to post a reply to someone who asks something that is easy to answer by just googling. >_>

You can beg as much as you like. There are no limits on invocations - you just need the power points.

Most of my submits tend to be born out of sheer luck - I subscribe to RSS feeds for various sites in Google Reader and often, as is the nature of things these days, posts carry embedded video content. If it's interesting then I'll see if it's sifted. Alternatively, something just pops into my head from reading or after watching tv and then I'm off to YouTube.

Lately I've been on a deliberate posting binge - so I directly check out the supported video hosts websites and see if anything new has been posted that might be sift-worthy. That's a tougher source as the regulars have their eyes on them.

Finally I have got a few links from Twitter. Some love it or hate it but if you follow interesting folks they will post video links and I have nabbed those.

Oh and one more thing - if I see something interesting on Videosift but there's nothing much more on the site then searching for a related video is a must. I did that for my Beluga aircraft submission after seeing only one video from Farhad2000. Never forget if a subject is popular then more videos will probably be welcomed.

Keep going mate, I'm sure you'll do just fine. And don't worry we'll get the R Kelly thing sifted.

I've been a Sift lurker for a long time, but only recently came out of Probationary status and I'm still trying to figure some things out.

Can I *beg more than once? Also, where do you and others find so many videos to submit?? I can never find anything that is quality enough to post here, or that hasn't already been posted. I think this site is a little confusing to newcomers. Maybe I'm just doing everything wrong.

Thanks.

In reply to this comment by Deano:
It's strange isn't it? Still not convinced what quality does so I'll throw in a promote later on.

Thanks anyway, Deano. This vid just isn't getting any love.
