"Owner" is probably McD's and I'm betting they probably wouldn't want to let anyone use it. Of course, I could be wrong. <shrug>

This video is awesome. I'm making a documentary about customer service right now and am wondering where I can get a good quality copy of it -- and who owns the right to it.
