Weird. Still "400 Bad Request" for me and also "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable". Maybe you should "save as" and put it up elsewhere.
I'm not seeing it either. I'm just going to assume it's a picture that combines your two loves: a cat farting on Ron Paul.
Search of file name turned up this which seems fitting: http://www.sharenator.com/Epic_Wallpaper_Collection_2/wallpaper_496964-227605.html

Hey! That's a pretty groovy wallpaper!
The anarchist's cows drink from the poisoned groundwater and die because there was no society, regulations, and agencies to prevent the factory to dump all its toxic waste. Anarchy!

Exactly, people who espouse to be anarchists or libertarians only really want to be up to a point. They always seem to be quite happy to take those things that are provided by living in a society, but seem to get shirty when that entails paying taxes to fund such things.
Strange that.
....until a band of vicious outlaws takes them from you, captures you and forces you to fight to the death with other prisoners in a makeshift gladiatorial arena they've dubbed 'The Thunderdome'.
Trivia: What infamous WW2 era German dictator also despised socialism, communism and democracy?

Hint: Rhymes with Madoff Stifler
How do you like your socialist?
1) Rare
2) Medium Well
3) Well Done
4) Extra Crispy

I use the compulsory services I'm forced to pay for. Yes. Government has a monopoly on violence, so I must use their armies and police. They've a monopoly on first class mail, so I use their postal service. They also maintain a monopoly on property, so I use their roads to move about and live on the land they claim to own.
Problem?
most of the anarchists i know are vegan. and resent the concept of private property.
I think he meant to say "Anarcho-Capitalist".

Your diet is a very important part of your political leaning.
if your diet is exploitative and oppressive and a huge source of environmental degradation and directly supportive of an evil corporate poison paradigm, then yes, yes it is.
Communism: Cows belong to everyone. People will milk them because they know their neighbors need it, and will share the milk with all those who need it.
Socialism: Cows belong to everyone, but an elected government will manage the feeding & milking of them, and will sell that milk at cost to anyone. If people think the production of milk should be increased or decreased, they can vote to change it.
Democracy: Cows either belong to everyone, or belong to whoever paid for it, or are individuals with their own rights, depending on what sort of social contract the people have put in place for ordering society.
Anarchy: You have two cows, but then someone else decides he wants them. He kills you, and then they're his cows, and you're fucking dead.
