Liveleak had this vid with the title "What The Most Dangerous Race In The World Sounds Like" Because he's going to fast to see.

(via Jalopnik, it was the details in that article that made me post it even though I saw it on ll first)

All I could think of was a dog/cat crossing the road. Don't mean to be a kill joy but these speeds should be confined to specifically designed tracks, not country roads.

Why are the lines on the road zig zaggy?

The zig-zags are there as its a crossing area and no cars are allowed to park on them. at all. ever.

And as for cats and dogs, there are announcements on all local radio stations reminding people to keep pets indoors. Its been going for ages, the locals know what to do Island population doubles for a week.
