I genetically spliced Frank Sinatra genes with one of my cats and just took a picture of the results. The weird part is that he grew cloth-like fur resembling a hat and suit. Freaky, eh?

As to the question of hierarchy between politics and decorum, while you present a wonderful field for discourse objectively, in this case there is a backstory that is not obvious and is related more to decorum and poor politics is a bit player of no real import.
