FOX Reporter's Attempt to Ambush Bill Moyers Backfires

11927 says...

Liberals dominate the media....this has been announced by Rush Limbaugh. And Thomas Sowell. And Ann Coulter. And Rich Lowry. And Bill O'Reilly. And William Safire. And Robert Novak. And William F. Buckley, Jr. And George Will.

And John Gibson. And Michelle Malkin. And David Brooks. And Tony Snow. And Tony Blankely. And Fred Barnes. And Britt Hume. And Larry Kudlow. And Sean Hannity. And David Horowitz. And William Kristol. And Hugh Hewitt.

And Oliver North. And Joe Scarborough. And Pat Buchanan. And John McLaughlin. And Cal Thomas. And Joe Klein. And James Kilpatrick. And Tucker Carlson. And Deroy Murdock. And Michael Savage. And Charles Krauthammer. And Stephen Moore. And Alan Keyes.

And Gary Bauer. And Mort Kondracke. And Andrew Sullivan. And Nicholas von Hoffman. And Neil Cavuto. And Matt Drudge. And Mike Rosen. And Dave Kopel. And John Caldara.

The mainstream media in this country are dominated by liberals. Look at how they all gave Bill Clinton a pass on the whole Monica Lewsinsky affair. Remember? It was never in the news. We never heard any of the salacious details.

TYT: Rachel Maddow makes Joe Scarborough walk off the set

Hitchens discusses "The Portable Atheist" on morning joe

Crosswords says...

*rolls eyes at ending music* Actually it was a pretty civil interview, Joe Scarborough usually elicits me to feel the need to punch him in the face (I've gone through several monitors that way).

TYT: Rachel Maddow makes Joe Scarborough walk off the set

MaxWilder says...

I'm kinda confused. Wasn't that Scarborough saying "He only drinks white whine" right before cutting back to TYT? At what point did Scarborough disappear? I think they didn't finish the clip or something.

TYT: Rachel Maddow makes Joe Scarborough walk off the set

Rachel Maddow slams John McCain (and Joe Scarborough)

moonsammy says...

So Scarborough's argument is that McCain told someone on tv that he was glad he voted against the tax cuts, and therefore he clearly doesn't tow the party line (is a "maverick"). The whole 'saying he intends to make them permanent' thing which Rachel cites is somehow not relevant?

What a douche.

I've given one another shot, so maybe the increased exposure of the sifted vid will help it. Diversity is certainly a great side to the sift. Exposure to all kinds of things I'd otherwise not seen or known about.

It's too bad that we can't see more videos like these on the sift for the sake of diversity. Thanks for the heads up.

In reply to this comment by Thylan:
Seeing as liked this I'm just letting you know there are a few others by this group in case you missed them. I've made a Mediæval Bæbes playlist, as I expect the other 3 will end up in the discard pile (one already has).

I think I like this version better than the original, and I really like the original a lot. The imagery and the music worked perfectly together. Hauntingly beautiful. Big upvote.

"Scarborough Fair" - Simon and Garfunkel (The Graduate)

MINK says...

anecdote: i ranted so much about how much i hate simon and garfunkel that my friends promised to play simon and garfunkel at my funeral.

this song's great though. probably because they didn't write it.

http://www.geocities.com/paris/villa/3895/

"In the middle ages, people didn't usually take credit for songs or other works of art they made, so the writer of Scarborough Fair is unknown. The song was sung by bards (or shapers, as they were known in medieval England) who went from town to town, and as they heard the song and took it with them to another town, the lyrics and arrangements changed."

tell that to the RIAA, who insist that music can only exist if musicians give their copyright to a major label and have the incentive of being dropped at any moment after spending their advance.

Bill Maher on Scarborough: Impeach Bush

Constipational_Tutriot wrote: "Scarborough is really a Libertarian even though he claims he is in this video... his views are much more to the far right."

Which "far right" would that be? Are you suggesting the talking head is a Nazi? Or rather that he is far to the right in the economic sense, ie. a right-wing libertarian no-state free marketer?
