I agree but he addresses that at one point and that's a great thing. Also I think it was his idea, his show.

Yeah I looked it up, Gervais Ink. his production company produced this special. I think they need like 40 more, even if it was just rehashing constantly I would watch all of them over and over.

I imagine the laughter is due to the relationship between the Ricky & Liam, rather than that of the characters they're playing. They can't help but laugh because they're still getting acquainted with one another, are perhaps impressed or are put 'off center' in the working with one another.

Who mic'd these guys...the sound is awful, it's either too quiet or blasting with Ricky's laughing.

A great article in Scientific American makes a pretty good case that you should avoid prostate exams in almost all cases. Ricky is both mean and dangerous to be associated with.

Most of the article is about the PSA blood test, but it provides some amazing general statistics: "to save one life from prostate cancer, about 1,400 men would have to be screened, leading 48 men to undergo treatment. So 47 men would be treated unnecessarily - many of whom would suffer fairly serious side effects - so that one man's death from prostate cancer could be prevented."
