I’m still waiting for you to explain how 75% inflation over 22 years becomes 150% increased prices under Biden as you claimed. Please, I need your expertise in mathematics to make the world make sense.

It’s just delicious that the people Trump never gave a thought to, the peons that serve him, are the same people who testified to Jack Smith about all the top secret documents laying around in publicly accessible, even privately rentable areas of Maralago with absolutely no security for any of them, not locked doors, not even closed doors…at Trump’s direct order…and hidden only during pre-announced searches, again at Trump’s direct orders. They also testified about him showing top secret classified military intelligence to many foreign people he was trying to impress.

The people Trump likes to say he’s working for, the same people he doesn’t even see when they’re in the room, are the people that spilled the beans. Guaranteed he still doesn’t know who they are despite being listed by name and occupation. 😂

Oof….Michigan is looking at new election interference charges. They’re waiting for the Supreme Court to decide if their election interference laws are constitutional in the case of the two MAGA operatives that were convicted in multiple states of robo calling black voters to lie to them that vote by mail would send all their information to multiple government and non-government agencies including mandatory vaccinations, bill collectors, police, even “the man”, and would publish it publicly….all lies designed to make people scared to vote.

If those laws are deemed constitutional, most legal scholars say Trump himself violated them repeatedly, and prosecutors are preparing charges. 😂

Wow, there sure is a lot of news on these cereal boxes. I never knew General Mills was an investigative company, but you insist that’s where all this verifiable information comes from, so they must be. Maybe you should check them out.

Oooh-ooh-ooh….Mr Cotter! Giuliani’s Russian tied source in Ukraine has been charged with treason for feeding the US false intelligence supplied by Russia and undermining US/Ukraine relations under the direction of Russian military intelligence…this from the late special edition cereal box this evening.

Your. 🤦‍♂️ Every time you display your intelligence level while being so dumb you think you’re smart.
If I take it out and ponder this….what? Another incomplete thought vomited into the ether.

Why? Because that only happened in your delusional little brain and ridiculous propaganda outlets, not reality.

In reality, Clinton and Hunter have been under endless investigation for purely political reasons for years to decades, not a slow walk, hundreds of millions spent with every partisan investigation finding absolutely nothing despite the screamed accusations and protestations from the tin foil hat brigade.

There were no serious crimes by private citizen Hunter (minor tax evasion and a ridiculous never charged gun infraction, both of which he admitted), and none at all by Clinton. 5+ years of Republican investigation for Hunter for purely political reasons and 15+ years of Republican led investigations of Clinton for the clear political motive of stopping her from winning the presidency (and never forget she won the vote by 3 million votes anyway) all found absolutely nothing prosecutable or criminal.
Edit: and based on actual EVIDENCE-
Trump broke hundreds of serious treasonous laws ON TOP OF the same crimes Hunter plead to, way more than just tax evasion and lying on a public form but definitely both of those.
Trump stole hundreds of top secret documents, lied about it, refused to return them, ignored a subpoena, lied again about returning them, actively hid them from searches, lied about them again, all the while keeping them unsecured in publicly accessible areas and sharing them with actual known Chinese agents that work for him!
Trump also tried a violent coup to subvert democracy and turn America into a dictatorship.
Trump also defrauded the election with multiple illegal schemes to toss out the legitimate vote and/or steal the election with fake electors or by Pence just declaring him president.
Trump also lied on sworn official documents trying to hide his payments for sex, and committed numerous business and tax frauds in the effort.
Trump also committed tax and wire fraud to the tune of well over $250 million in NY.
Trump also paid millions for his racist redlining.
Trump also ran a fraudulent charity for injured veterans he used as personal spending cash.
Trump also raped a woman then lied about her to try to hide from repercussions…and continues to do so despite it costing him (by which I mean you, he uses donations for legal bills mostly) $5 million already with way more to come.
If Don JR has a gun, he also lied on the application about drugs…likely true of Don too…Sudafed addiction counts.

If Biden had commitment the same crimes, he would have been indicted, tried, and shot by now….but Joe committed no crimes.

Pedal to the metal!?! 😂 The investigations started well before the latest campaign. One started Jan 7th while he was still president! 🤦‍♂️
It’s blatantly obvious that Trump is only running to try to escape the charges against him. He doesn’t want the job again and is incapable of doing it. You know it, you just won’t admit it…the courts know it too. I won’t insult you by pretending you are so delusional or stupid that you believe the nonsense you just said…but you are so dishonest that you pretend to.

Just for show…. Ok, sure. Then why not lean in? Ask for quick trials to prove it? Wouldn’t that guarantee a win? Wouldn’t that destroy the libtards and put MAGA in charge again? Winning all these cases quickly and exposing the frauds is what any Alpha or Sigma male would do, or any innocent person…whining it’s unfair and trying to delay them forever (or at least until Trump’s death) is what a cucked cowardly beta male or guilty as sin person does. 😂
Trump wants all cases delayed until he either dies, wins the election and pardons himself, or flees the country to Russia the day after the election. Not the actions of an innocent man who wants to clear their name, those are the actions of a terrified trapped rat hoping more time will expose some unseen escape route.

Trump is losing in every real poll by way more that 3% buddy. 😂 He only wins in polls of just Republican voters, because MAGA cucked the republicans and the nuts now run the asylum. Too bad that means the “sane” republicans now vote blue. Try again.

Lol. “No crimes”. Aaaahahahaha! How’s that theory working out? How’s it working in court? You might want to tell all those courts and prosecutors and Trump appointed judges that have ruled there’s overwhelming evidence of hundreds of serious crimes against the American people, government, and laws, because they seem confused. :Joy:

You apparently forget, the FBI reopened the Clinton investigation in mid October 2016 after 12 partisan investigations and hearings had not just failed to find her guilty of anything but in fact totally exonerated her, with absolutely zero new evidence to warrant it, then admitted there was no reason to reopen it weeks later besides hurting her campaign.…you call that a “slow walk”? 😂 Let’s slow walk Trump’s investigations then…with the same $200000000+ budget and only democrats allowed to participate in investigations, and a never ending time line no matter what the results are or how many times accusations fall flat. Agreed? 😂

You also forget Barr investigated Hunter starting 2017 (and he’s been under investigation ever since) and Trump’s DOJ found absolutely NOTHING. Try again loser.

Spreading dick pics of your rival’s son to children is what the right has devolved into. Toothless inbred hicks with no education or teeth find that behavior degrading.

PS- you need another list of 25 elected republicans convicted of child sex crimes? I can provide sets of 25 any time you need…for as long as you need. There’s no shortage.

bobknight33 said:

I know you have you head up your ass -- But if you take it out and ponder this .

Why is it that the DOJ and the like dismiss and or slow walk Clinton and Bidens crimes and slammed the peddle to the medal on Trump?

With respect to your long winded burp -- This is just for show to take Trump from running. Just to peel off 3% of the vote and hope he looses 2024. No crimes except shooting at trump for the media enjoyment.

Why it's hard to be Republican w/a mind and heart

newtboy says...

Talk about being delusional. Trump HAD nuclear secrets (and/or other national secrets of the same highest possible level secrecy classification and danger levels never to be kept or read outside secure facilities designed to safeguard such sensitive information.) kept them unsecured in publicly accessible areas of his public club filled with foreign nationals…and thinks it’s fine he stole and exposed them. That’s delusional.

If he still any, he should absolutely be shot for treason at first sight by any and every patriot regardless of party, right?

What can’t he hold? Anything not actually officially declassified on Jan 20, 2020.
This includes all top secrets and nuclear secrets he cannot declassify himself, and 700 pages of classified documents he did not declassify before stealing them on his way out the door. His claim “anything I took was automatically declassified” is nonsense. That’s not how declassification works at all….you know that.

Where can’t he hold it? In boxes in the hallway outside the unlocked basement in his club where foreign nationals are allowed to wander freely, where Chinese and now Russian spies are KNOWN to have penetrated carrying bags of surveillance and recording equipment, spyware ready to install, etc. Even frat boys have just wandered in off the beach to these areas. It makes Clinton’s server look like Fort Knox. For the highest classification documents, they can only be kept at hardened secure locations designated for that purpose…not a closet, basement, hallway….not even a fire safe.

There’s no enlightening you. You prefer to live in the dark. It’s easier to make up lies and convince yourself of nonsense if you never look at reality. Any facts you dislike you simply discard, thinking your magic mantra, “fake news”, protects you from reality. Any lies you find comforting you simply believe and absolutely refuse to consider reality. It’s a serious mental issue, and if Reagan hadn’t defunded national mental health care, you would be institutionalized, but the right prefers the insane to be among us because they tend to vote Republican.

This answer has nothing to do with the Majestic Spaghetti Monster….I don’t know what you mean….

…but stupid elitists are on the right, they’re the ones who took millions in ppp loan forgiveness (often for fraudulent ppp loans for employees they didn’t have) but claim $10k to poor people trying to become educated will ruin the nation, turn us communist, bankrupt us, etc.. It’s fine if billionaires get handouts of multiple trillions, not a peep of concern then, but not those struggling with crushing debt from fake schools like Trump’s that stole their money for a completely worthless piece of paper and zero education….the same millionaires up in arms over the poor getting $10k took hundreds of thousands to millions despite making the equivalent of over $250k (and millions if they cheat, which the ALL did, insider trading is the norm from the right).

Elitist?! 😂 again, we live with 2 people on under $40k in California….near poverty level. Hard to be elitist and in poverty at the same time. Elitists are people making $250k, another million in insider trading profits, and $3 million in forgiven loans who complain poor people shouldn’t get $10k rebates, but they should get more tax breaks. That’s an elitist stupid answer, it came directly from your Republican representatives like MTG.

I’m not rich, I’m stable. We have no debts, property taxes of only $1250, and I grow over 50% of our food. We live better than most middle class, including international vacations almost yearly, 4 cars, all the top notch organic produce we can eat, a swimming pool size koi pond, Solar, an orchard, no government handouts, etc. all on poverty level income. I’ve never shirked a debt, not once. I’ve never even walked away from an obligation. If you were capable of taking in new information, you would know all that because I’ve told you repeatedly.

Exactly what documents can't a EX president hold personally ?

Please enlighten me witty you stupid elitist MSM answer.

Capitalism Didn’t Make the iPhone, You iMbecile

newtboy says...

In reality, it wasn't spare time tinkering at all, it was serious academics doing full time paid research funded by the government. ARPANET, while funded by the defense department, was designed by and connected college researchers, the first transmissions were between UCLA and Stanford in 69, not the military. This was the first networking, the infant internet.
The military system in the 60's was a point to point tonal encryption system that ran on proprietary bell telephone systems with dedicated direct phone lines until the FCC forced Bell to give up it's capitalistic monopoly in 68, allowing for advancements in both the public and eventually private sector that led to the infant internet instead of just individual "computers" (and I use the term lightly here) directly communicating. Remember, back then, almost into the 90's, you needed to know the direct phone number of the other computer to connect (think "War Games"), there was no publicly accessible network.
The first retail internet transaction wasn't until 94.

Also imo, it was weird individuals tinkering in their spare time that made home computing anything more than very expensive word processors/calculators. We've had PCs since the 70's in my home, I remember what they could do then....I'm one of those weird individuals.

Long and short, your 5 different capitalistic ways ALL stem from a purely socialist base and a socialist denial of private for profit monopolies, and most if not all of them were developed and implemented using at least some public funding. Without that, we would still be using bell telephone phone modems to direct dial each other. Without public/private cooperation, neither sector could advance like they have together.
Imo, it's not an either/or situation, it's both.

Is graffiti art? Or vandalism?

vil says...

"Relatively unrestricted public access" - are you trying to say freedom, dour lady?

Mixed bag of arguments. IMHO its only art if it expresses something beyond the mere "I am bored stiff" or "I own this because i pissed on it first". Also for the result to be art you have to create value, not damage property.

Actual Gun/Violent Crime Statistics - (U.S.A. vs U.K.)

Yossarian says...

I believe common assault is considered a violent crime in the UK and that can be as little as pushing someone.

I agree with a lot of what he says here, especially regarding solutions. However he does rather gloss over the fact that if the violent crime definitions are similar enough to be worthwhile, the UK murder rate is almost 3 quarters lower than the US (1.3 to 4.7) - Which says to me restricting public access to firearms lowers the death toll.

Oh, and, "Vagina Power" is an Atlanta based Public-access television show hosted by Alexyss K. Tylor, an African American woman. Aimed primarily for a female African American audience, the show mainly consists of Tylor speaking frankly and openly about various love and relationship issues in the African American community. Tylor is known for her very outspoken and in-your-face way of speaking, colorful vocabulary, and off-the-wall analogies. Alexyss also has a significant presence on YouTube, although a non-trivial portion of videos in this channel contain product endorsements or other material not entirely germane to her ideology.

Not a Christian TV show.

If you look at their footwork, it seems like they are doing the cha-cha (one-two, cha-cha-cha, three-four, cha-cha-cha; repeat.) except in the cha-cha the guy usually leads with the left foot... this dude is stepping back with the left and leading with the right foot. They've also clearly incorporated a lot of salsa dance moves into the routine to make it "sexier." And judging from the stiffness of the moves they are high-beginners/low-intermediates. I'm guessing this was a performance on some public access cable channel that wanted to showcase local kids and their talents?
While I applaud the kids for having the guts to get on TV and dance, they are completely off the tempo (they're going way to fast) and the choice of music is terrible.

Nice breakdown, but it's pretty obvious that the music in the video is not what they were originally dancing to.

Youtube starts banning religiously offensive videos

jonny says...

Seriously? You're equating where and the laws under which one lives to where and the restrictions under which one posts videos or blogs? You're equating Google's non-monopolistic business position with the government's monopoly on violence? You're equating renouncing one's citizenship to changing one's video host?!

Global companies, for all the rights and power they hold in the U.S., do not come close to being in the same position vis-a-vis customers/citizens as a government does. Corporations don't get to decide whether you live or die. And that's the reason it generally doesn't make sense to hold them to the same standards of free speech.

I want to be clear that I'm referring only to content hosts and publishers. Clearly, the situation is different for ISPs. There's only one network, and for a given individual, likely only one (maybe two) viable access providers. Like the phone company(ies(y)), you want to guarantee universal access. Beyond that, though, I don't see what legal basis you can construct an argument to force a corporation to provide a platform for content which it believes to be detrimental to its business. By "legal basis", I don't mean strictly U.S. law and precedent, but more generally in a philosophical/historical legal sense. The only example I can think of that comes close is requiring cable companies to provide public access television.

>> ^NetRunner:

>> ^jonny:
This seems like a flawed argument to me, Netrunner. Almost none of the other one-to-many or many-to-many media have any such requirements. Google's dominant position influences the situation, but at the end of the day, there are other options/outlets. A LOT of other options. So, the only difference I can see is that you are asserting a right not to free speech but a big audience.
>> ^NetRunner:
It should mean that you actually have the right to express yourself using modern communications networks without being censored by the network providers. It means content publishing services should have limits on what they're allowed to refuse to publish.
Google chooses to provide a publishing service to the public "for free" (though they make money off the content people are "giving" them "for free"). That shouldn't endow them with the unlimited right to censor content that's published on their service, anymore than "free speech" means there can be no limits on speech whatsoever.

To generalize your argument, you're saying that China isn't an oppressive regime that has no guarantee of free speech, because there are lots of other countries you could live in that might let you have it.
People in who want a right to free speech in China don't really want free speech, they just want to live in a country with lots of people. After all, there are lots of other countries to live in...
My position is that if it's unconscionable for a state to do it, why is it unconscionable to suggest that corporations shouldn't be permitted to do it either?
