I agree that the government should not be in the business of outlawing victimless "crimes".

However, the government can and should require safety precautions because one person's negligence can increase risks to others despite the others' vigilance.

You can pay two strangers to have sex together (porn), you can let someone have sex with you for free (one night stand), but you can't pay someone to have sex with you (prostitution)?

This looks like a nice way to get one evening of wow. But then comes a morning of...what? Gone. If you're seeking people that only want this, you'll find them and when it's over, they'll leave and reality will leave damage. Even statistics show that a make-up driven one-night stand causes FAR more damage than it cures since the woman feels even more as if their body isn't good enough alone for anyone to love more than just sex allows.

As long as spoco and persephone dont include me in that generalization. I have never had a one night stand and I dont want one. The idea that women are always the ones who want something more "meaningful" insults me. I like this clip because with his sarcasm he was attacking the man as well.

Thanks for the review, spoco. I'll save myself from the probable aggravation of watching this, now. What you've said is true of my experience. One night stands were only ever a desperate attempt to 'find somebody'. At this point in my life I realise that this motivation is less admirable than wanting to fuck for fuck's sake.

I as a woman, will gladly take to heart what Bill Mahrer said. In that light, I will never bog down a man by having him marry me. This gives me ample evidence that a life full of sex with various partners is the way to go. I can now live the life I've always wanted. Never getting married, never having kids because no matter what any man says to me from now on, he will never want to be with just me for the remainder of his life. I already own an indoor cat, why subject that cruelness to a human being?

I disagree Deano, coming from a university environment where silence is golden about venereal diseases unprotected consensual sex is a huge problem.

Especially where one night stands are concerned.
