i don't know why you labeled it "obscure". motorhead is well-known and this is a pretty well-known track.

in britain it was well known but not really anywhere else.the sales were almost non-existent everywhere else.with the release of 'no remorse" in 94 the song became a tad bit more well known but almost nobody had heard this song from the b side of under the knife single.

MOTORHEAD-killed by death (original video)

This creationist is literally dumber than shit

Bruti79 says...

I was going to upvote this for the dummy of a creationist, but the Motorhead at the end is what actually got my vote =)

Also, I wonder if he paid the RTM for the right to those pictures.

If you're ever in Alberta, go to this place. It's amazing, any kid with a dinosaur fascination needs to go to this museum, period! I remember being there when they brought in the worlds largest T-Rex skull from Montana. They have an area that you can look in and see them working on the fossils. That thing was the size of a small car! Er, the mold that it was in, it was massive.

Either way, great museum, terrible speaker. "Let's use science!" Sir, I don't think you would know science if it came up and split a cell right in front of you!

I'm glad you liked it.

Also, if you still want to keep the Motorhead video on the Wheels channel page, you'll need to replace the one that's there, because the audio was swapped with classical piano music (because the record label forced him to remove the audio portion). Here's where you can find an embed to replace it, and it shouldn't go dead or be altered because it's hosted by Spike TV - a division of Viacom that's deep in cahoots with the music industry:

Or if you want to replace it with the choo-choo video that's cool. Change is good. I won't throw a tantrum. I think.

You know me too well. Thanks. I might make it the wheels channel page video, but I still love the motorhead one I got from you. I don't even know it it's still there, now I think about it.

Metallica - ' Enter Sandman '

videosiftbannedme says...

Obvious statement of the year, but Metallica went downhill once Cliff Burton died. Justice was a decent album, and there were some good songs on the black album, but overall they're spent. I miss the days of REAL metal; now everything is numetal infused with ska, hiphop, blah blah, etc. Give me some ol' Metallica, Megadeth, Soundgarden, Motorhead, Pantera, old Scorpions any day.

Some of my parents records that I liked:

-Herb Alpert - Whipped Cream (I can't tell you how many hours I stared at that album cover)
-Nat King Cole
-John Denver
-Kenny Rogers
-Simon and Garfunkel - Bridge Over Troubled Water - I practically memorized every word to every song on that album, because it had the lyrics on the back
-LOTS of traditional Irish music records. My dad's parents were both from Ireland. The Irish Rovers were one of his favorites.
-Dean Martin

In reply to this comment by schmawy:
Ditto! Just replace Styx with Jethro Tull and Kansas with Motorhead, Maiden, and Priest. Prior to that it was my parent's records, Fats Domino, Beachboys, and Johnny Cash.

In reply to this comment by kronosposeidon:
Did you ever have an extension cord for those big puffy cans? I had a 25-foot extension cord for my phones, so that I could wander all over my bedroom while I rocked out on "Glass Houses", my very first vinyl record. Followed by:

2. Styx - Paradise Theatre
3. AC/DC - Back In Black
4. Styx - Grand Illusion
5. Rush - Moving Pictures
6. Pink Floyd - The Wall
7. Van Halen - I
8. Pink Floyd - Dark Side Of The Moon
9. Pink Floyd - Meddle
10. Kansas - Leftoverture
11. Pink Floyd -Wish You Were Here
12. Rush - Permanent Waves

And the rest are kind of blur after that, but those were my first 12 disciples. I'll always remember.

You may be right, I may be crazy.

In reply to this comment by schmawy:
Nor did I fall asleep every night wearing big puffy headphones with the curly cord listening to an 8-track copy of Songs From the Attic that I bought at Bradlees with my lawn-mowing money. If you ever hear this rumor it is a complete fabrication.
