She has jowls! Is that just wrinkly from too much sun?

p.s. My unconscious can not tolerate the way she looks at people; she just oozes ignorant condescension, and a complete lack of empathy... and she's terribly at reading a script

Of course his smile is strange and creepy! The man is 150 years old! It takes a lot of effort for him to move those atrophied jowls.
