Upvote, but I liked the flick. It was kind of so-so till the end, but I liked the brunette and her voice (Janeane Garofalo) and the Peter O'Toole soliloquy at the end was a pretty class act.

Yeah, I meant it in the way legacy interpreted it. It just rubs me the wrong way to see people so set in their ways that they can't recognize the validity of an opinion different than theirs.

Politically, I agree with Garofalo but her personality isn't my cup of tea.

I like how you talk about JG getting to the point of the issue while you merely use ad hominem attacks against her physical appearance and completely ignore her actual opinions.

I love when the right argues against their polar opposite by stating, "They're so left, they're practically LEFT!" As if being left of center is bad simply because it's left of center and not because of any actual valuable reason. Just once I'd like someone on the right to validate their argument with facts instead of mean-spirited vitriol.

Garafalo is known for being an outspoken celeb.(with a theatrical rap-sheet that would make any discriminating cinema-critique, FUCKING CRINGE!!!) when it comes to issues near and dear to her heart, such as her atheist dogma and recent code pink support...etc etc...She's a blowhard, fringe, bitter and cynical to the point of nausea, her comedy blows as well, which is why she parlayed her early comedic career into agenda-oriented politics-of-the-week....the only way she can get any airtime these days....
