It's nothing like little britain - it's funny.

Fast show, however, is my all time favourite sketch show. When monty python was funny it was very funny, and when it was shit it was VERY shit. I get a lot of people calling me a heretic, but they're usually snobby self-professed "comedy-buffs".. Fast show is easily the best sketch show i've ever seen.

Maby im just old , I thought fast show was quite good , in general i'm just tired of sketch shows they seem really predictable. Stuff like league of gentalmen , peepshow, extras, the office , to me deliver comedy far more efectivly.

I think if you are going to do a quick sketch show it has to be really snappy with lots of unrelated sketches , this Mitchell and web one is quite slow paced in some ways is more like little Briton which i also have gotten tired of , was entertain at first but i think has gotten predictable and stale.

YO it's not british, but it's the best impression of Channel 9 from the Fast Show that I ever saw... so i thought you'd like it.

Harry Enfields "chums" included Paul Whitehouse, who is infinitely more funny (check the Fast Show).

Enfield tends to go for the obvious juvenile cliche jokes, his stuff looked dated even when it was new.
His best two characters are Kevin the teenager and Wayne Slob, i guess because they are juvenile cliches.

"make yourself at homo" wasn't the pinnacle of his career!

Top stuff my good man, top stuff. So glad the fast show made it, the bit were he says that thing about them being small but terrible srong, gets me every time. Maybe Benjee will let you in the hud crew too.............then again, very stiff entry requirements, being from the area helps, anyway I digress. Wicked. (also, congrats for beating maudlin to gold)

Paul Whitehouse is so funny and i really liked this character. Think that the fast show was so underated as a comedy sketch show. All time classic. Think it may age well in time. Up there with 'python' in a way and 'not the nine o'clock news' etc.
