Surprised his doctor's didn't diagnose it sooner. They teach you about the botfly in tropical and infectious diseases.

All in his left arm. It shows you the first two holes next to each other on his left elbow. The other one is the first one they take out, on the inside of the same arm.

i assume they work their way up your spinal chord and eat your brains, but i could be wrong.
