1) insinuating because it’s a foreign owned ship it might be intentional/terrorism
2) insinuating that because it’s a foreign owned ship it has something to do with “open borders”
3) tying the expected economic impact to automatically creating more inflation, quickly blamed on Biden and
4) blaming the collapse on poor infrastructure which they blame on Democrats despite Republicans having voted against the first meaningful infrastructure bill in decades, a Democrat written and sponsored bill they all take credit for now.

Meanwhile the White House has sent federal assistance, sent the Secretary of transportation, and already pledged the army core of engineers to clear debris and rebuild as fast as possible using federal money to be recouped from the shipping company later (not wait years to rebuild while we litigate their responsibility).

I made a 1/2 batch last night, 10 cookies, and they were amaze balls. Just a hint of chocolate bacon flavor, but the grease made the skin crispy while the insides were still soft. I tried an old cookie trick on half by rolling them in powdered sugar before baking….YUM!
It’s going to be hard to make cookies without bacon from now on.

I’ve been cooking and baking since I was 4-5…my parents sent me to preschool cooking classes. I rarely eat out….I’m too cheap (and picky).

Don is losing it, knowing his entire net worth isn’t as much as he owes. It begs the question…who actually owns his properties? We don’t know, but it’s not him. Who, exactly, is he beholding to, and what sway did they have while he was president? We know the Saudis own properties with and do business with him, and Russians. Almost certainly the Chinese too. Who else? Does who’s paying a politician and for what only matter for Biden but not Don?
Hilariously, when asked the total softball question “Is Don was looking to foreign countries like Saudi Arabia or China for help paying his judgement” instead of just saying “no, obviously not, he’s running for president and couldn’t do that owing a foreign country 1/2 billion dollars.” she instead declined to answer. Because 1) they are not worth more than the tax evaluations and 2) all his properties are already mortgaged to the hilt…he doesn’t own them the banks/business partners/foreign governments do. Most famously Trump tower that he only owns his apartment, a few offices, and the public lobby bathrooms, not the entire building by far….and that’s not an outlier it’s the norm.
So satisfying to watch a vitriolic con man get caught and taken down…don’t you think?

The Supreme Court of Alabama (surprise) ruled that fertilized eggs (mainly from IVF patients) are people and anyone destroying fertilized eggs or allowing them to expire can be charged with their deaths.

This means anyone in Alabama who’s tried IVF now has an obligation to try to birth them all (they can only live frozen for so long, and if you don’t try to save them by implantation then you become a murderer many times over).

This means any facility storing frozen embryos is in a catch 22 if the parents die…they must find a birth mother for every one because destroying them or allowing them to die is murder.

Expect IVF and other fertility treatments to end in Alabama, anyone practicing it risks murder charges under the best circumstances.

Expect Texas to follow suit, they’re probably sick about the fact that they didn’t think of it themselves.

The next step is the same thing for frozen unfertilized eggs or sperm- use them or face charges, then it’s outlawing birth control. Hide and watch.
