I'd suggest looking at "Jean Chretien", nothing like several billion dollars going out to your buddies. Followed with padding of patronage appointments, not even mentioning all the money going to his friends golf course, and private chalet up in Quebec.

This is a follow-up, in spirit, of an earlier occasion where the same host (Mercer) took the previous Prime Minister Jean Chretien to a Harvey's (think Canadian "Wendy's"). Gotta find that one.

Bit of background: Bush was campaigning in Michigan, circa 1999, for the GOP nomination. Rick Mercer, a Canadian humourist, went to Michigan and met Bush and Co. on the campaign trail.
For those of you who aren't aware, Poutine is literally fries, gravy and cheese- kind of a French-Canadian heart-attack-on-a-plate, and for the record the Prime Minister's name at the time was Jean Chretien.
Bush Sr. famously called Mercer an "Asshole" after this aired, and George W., acting petulant, has refused every subsequent interview request by the CBC. In retrospect, it seems like a bit of foreshadowing for many a Bush gaffe to follow.
