Korea's amazing egg rolled omelet skill - gyeranmari

JiggaJonson says...

Dont get me wrong, it's interesting and all. But I hesitate to call this "skillful." Certainly not amazingly skillful. Seems like the kind of thing most home cooks could do given the tools. And anyone can make something taste good with that much oil. geesh

Chinese magician performs world’s best magic trick

JiggaJonson says...

LPT if you use the , (comma) and the . (period) keys on your keyboard, you can go frame by frame in youtube videos.

That said, sometime in the middle of the 31 second mark is where those white card things appear in front of him. Happens in less than 1 frame.

Before you cry "VOODOO!!!" though, you can slow watch his vest being sucked away into his ?pocket? his ?pants? idk, but it's being rolled away like a window shade.

All that being said. If I saw this live I would NEVER have caught any of that and this is still an amazingly skillful magician.

Amazingly *skillful origami modeling. He should have used temperature sensitive inks so it could actually change colors instead of just using different colored lights.

"Remember, 27 euros budget for this video"

Unfortunately, it shows.

The riding was amazingly skillful, but it just wasn't edited or shot nearly as well as Ken Blocks stuff.

This guy probably sleeps with his skiis on

ChaosEngine says...

some of that was just ridiculous.... the stepped rail at 1:30 would be hard enough but then he throws a 360 off the end just for the hell of it, and christ, the slabbing just after that would give me nightmares.

some amazing skills there.

Be careful putting it in skillful! The sifter who runs it will take it out all willy nilly with no explanation as to why no matter how many times you ask!
>> ^Deano:
I'm calling skillful on this even though I can't figure out what he's doing. But it's clearly the result of amazing skill.

I hate that guy!

Girl can say any word backwards (surprisingly impressive)

TheSluiceGate says...

>> ^GeeSussFreeK:

I used to play this game where we would use the old win 95 sound recorder to reverse a word, figure out how it sounds, then rerecord us saying it in "backwards" speak, and reverse it to see if we got close. It was a lot of fun, but there are some sounds I just can't make

Myself and my bandmates used to get very drunk and do this with entire songs. It was just the funniest thing, especially when you went to the trouble of doing the harmonies in a vocal. Learning backwards melodies is well hard because when reversed they make absolutely no sense. Often we'd do only a few words at a time.

Amazing skill that she has, I'd be even more impressed if she could pronounce them phonetically backwards, rather than pronouncing them as if the reverse spelling was an actual word. I enhanced and reversed some of the audio to see how close she was. You can listen on dropbox:
