Bill Plympton sucks (Blog Post)

"This video has been redacted due to the copyright claim of Bill Plympton." -siftbot

Bill Plympton does not understand how the Internet works. His legal shenanigans are not good for freedom of speech, if he wants to censor the internet, he should go to the providers, not propagaters like videosift.

I don't even know who he is, and now I don't care. He sucks.

I don't blame the admins for this, I'm sure they are as outraged as I am. I just want you to know how much he sucks. (It's a lot.)

We saw "Moon" today in London (Blog Post)

Ornthoron, Haldaug and I went to a cinema on times square and saw Moon, which I've looked forward to.

In essence it's pretty good. The trailers set up a false reveal, which is dealt with quickly and it moves on to consequences and such instead. It's very well filmed and Sam Rockwell really does great in the role.

 I recommend seeing it.

Scientists take note! (Blog Post)

Don't do this!

Got some more songs recorded (Blog Post)

First day of my life originally by Bright Eyes

I only recently starting hearing a few Bright Eyes songs and I like them. This one has been sifted as well, see if you can find it.(mp3 download)

Waiting in the Weeds originally by Eagles

This is from the new album from Eagles. I think this is probably the best song on the album. I love the modulation from G to D in the middle. I think I fucked up the high part, so I may have to re-do it. (mp3 download)

Pretty Things originally by Rufus Wainwright

I think Rufus is a great singer and I love many of his tunes. This one I've played for a long time, and I stumbled on it today when I looked over different lyrics I had lying around. (mp3 download)

One Man Guy originally by Loudon Wainwright III

This is another great tune. My version is based more on Rufus' rendition of it instead of Loudon's, which is much more folky. They are both sifted, I believe. (mp3 download)

Aftermath originally by Kashmir

This is a wonderful tune that's made by the Danish band Kashmir, of which I've sifted several songs. I encourage you to check them out if you like this song. (mp3 download)

Condor Ave originally by Elliott Smith

I'm still in my Elliott Smith vibe, even though I don't listen to him quite as much as before the summer, in spite of sort of having more to relate to now. Anyway, this was recorded on a crappy little computer mic, so it may be a little hizzy. (mp3 download)

Please listen and comment if you want. I'd love to hear some feedback or perhaps requests?

Back in black (Blog Post)

Got back to Denmark two days ago, and managed to get good and drunk for two days in a row.

I'll get some pictures up shortly, as soon as I can get them out of my phone. Should be possible.

Well, this sucks... (Blog Post)

Due to personal reasons, peggedbea had to leave for a while, which means that I'm sitting in the airport now, and have to bitch and moan to lufthansa to get me home 5 days early.

There wouldn't happen to be anyone near DFW who can house a poor Dane until the 7th?

Lufthansa only have office hours in ~2 hours, so I'm just sitting around now.
