entr0pyWhile we definitely need tighter restrictions on the marketing of drugs and nutritional supplements in the US, I think such quack medical devices are handled the same way. The device would need to carry a warning "This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." And the civil and criminal penalties of claiming your gadget really does treat any disease (not just cancer) are pretty severe.
PaybackThe Hell you say, bastards are stomping all over corporate free speech. Do you have any idea how many corporations died in bankruptcy to bring them those rights??
