Man hit by Ute after car runs out of fuel

No death or gore, but may still be confronting for some viewers.

Dude's going to be fine. Two fractured legs, two blown ACL's, fractured skull, fractured spine and a fuck-ton of abrasions. After a conversation with the police just now, somehow, I think the dumb cunt in the ute is in for a worse time. Complete footage is now with the police. Had to drop a USB off, because #fuckendandenong internet is so woeful. From the dude that got hit:

Yesterday at approximately 4:30 I'd broken down, heading outbound of Dandenong towards the city on prince's highway in noble park.
I ran out of fuel and was in the far right lane with my hazards on for about 5 minutes I made phone call to a friend to let him know i had ran out of fuel, he told me he was on his way just sit tight and I was waiting patiently when a gentleman pulled up infront of me on a motorbike
I thought you beauty maybe he can push my car out of the way
I double checked in my rear view mirror and seen what looked like a white ute getting closer and closer in my lane thinking surely he's gonna see in a quick panic because I wasn't wearing a seatbelt I jumped out of my vehicle on the medium strip thinking it was the safest place to be but unfortunately the driver spotted my car at the last second and for some reason swerved up the medium strip head on with me and launched me into on coming traffic
I don't know how I'm still alive but I am and it's truely a miracle
I suffered 2 fractured legs, torn both acl's, damaged tenders and nerves in my knees A fractured spinal bone Embrasion to the front and back of my head and cuts and bruises all over
BUT THANK WHO EVER WAS WATCHING OVER ME THAT I AM NOT DEAD!!
I wanna thank every that has called, text,and visited me over the last 24 hours my friends and family you truly are what's keeping me going and staying strong
