California Election Fraud-NPP Voters Get Provisional Ballot

California poll workers are being trained to disenfranchise any no-party-preference voters by only offering them provisional ballots....which won't be counted. The law says they can vote in the primary, but the training being given to poll workers contradicts the law.

Ashley Beck: "Today I did my poll worker training in Orange County, Ca. They informed me that ALL NPP VOTERS ARE TO BE GIVEN PROVISIONAL BALLOTS. This is FALSE! NPP voters are allowed to ask for a crossover democratic ballot! DO NOT LET THEM GIVE YOU A PROVISIONAL because this is what we are being taught!"
