CNBC fair and balanced just like Fox News. No bias in CNBC reporting on big business and regulation of business. I won't downvote as i skipped around and only watched a small bit of the video, but the bit i watched seemed pretty agenda driven.

I guess my point is, is that ballast tanks are not an issue this fish net is trying to address. From what this video shows, it's exclusively about fish swimming in from this particular river.

From my googling seems there is a good amount of US law that has to do with ballast water and invasive species. It's quite possible this is a non issue or one that has been addressed. I do however assume it's just a matter of time as mother nature is a persistent mother fucker. She always finds a way.
