It looks like this is fake. Or, the video itself seems to have come from the North but the English narration is fake and by a man who speaks not a word of Korean.

I'm torn between the awesome content of the video and the cliche, overlayed broken English narration technique.

Terry Gilliam's 1995 Twelve Monkeys, an Americanized remake of La Jetée, helped the introduction of this '60s cult film to a broader, younger, audience. The plot was moved from Paris to Philadelphia and the German scientists are now Americans.

This is the newer version which adds English narration. The earlier French narration is far more hypnotic.

Like I love this RickGee, but please change the tags... having simply visonary won't get people to catch your video.
