UFO in the Phoenix sky?

schmawy says...

Yeah, the two explanations are (A) enormous unidentified craft, and (B) Flares dropped from aircraft. If you google Phoenix lights you'll find all sorts of stuff. One video looks like lights coming on sequentially on the edge of a disk that would be miles wide, or an airplane in a turn dropping flares.

What is this?

What is this?

xxovercastxx says...

But, seriously... people aren't still taking these sorts of vids as being UFO sightings, eh? I mean, really?

The problem with the term "UFO" is that people seem to think it means "Alien Spacecraft". It doesn't. What we see in this video is a UFO, or at least was at the time it was filmed. It's an object. It's flying. It's unidentified.

9/11 WTC 7 Collapse: Is it a controlled demolition?

Fade says...

U, sorry Dbalsdon but you are wrong on both counts.

The very PBS documentary that features Silvertein making the "pull it" remark also features the CD engineers using the term to refer to the controlled demolition of wtc6

Unidentified construction worker 1: "Hello? Oh, we're getting ready to pull building six."

Luis Mendes, NYC Dept of Design and Construction: "We had to be very careful how we demolished building six. We were worried about the building six coming down and then damaging the slurry walls, so we wanted that particular building to fall within a certain area."

Keith Olbermann: The NORAD 9/11 audio tapes

Constitutional_Patriot says...

NORAD has the ability to see trajectory based blips on their radar that are not using a transponder. These are usually highlighted on their radar screens as an unidentified craft. Dick Cheney was in control of NORAD by executive order just a few months before 9/11.

Confusion? - Yes...
Deliberate? - Unknown
NORAD Commander (Cheney) was in the basement of the Pentagon having an unusual conversation with an airman right before the crash in the Pentagon as reported by Mr. Mineta.

Was the Pentagon truly defenseless? Highly unlikely - details of air defense capabilities for the Pentagon are top secret.

False flag operation? Motives do exist according to the PNAC's desire for a "New Pearl Harbor" in order to expedite "their plans"(Wolfowitz,Cheney,Rumsfeld to name a few on the PNAC "think tank"). Pres. Bush used 9/11 as an excuse to attack Iraq and quickly abandoned the "search" for the "elusive" Osama Bin Laden.

We were quickly told how the "terrorists" pulled such an amazing feat off with extremely crude weapons and was supposedly orchestrated from a cave halfway around the world. 6 of the 19 accused terrorists are still alive today, so this story doesn't add up, among other flaws in the official story.

We want to believe we were told the truth.. that our government would never lie to us and commit or enable such a heinous crime, however many top level government and military officials have gone on the record protesting the official story.

Any logical criminal investigator would have to agree that the official story has many holes in it. Some evidence still exists but much of it was quickly shipped with armed guards to be permenantly destroyed in Communist China thanks to Rudy Giuliani.

It doesn't look good for this administration, however many people are refusing to look at the inconstencies of the official story.

CHEMTRAILS: Is U.S. Gov't. Secretly Testing Americans 'Again (Wtf Talk Post)

laura says...

All I have to say is this:
I have sat looking at the sky for innordinate ammounts of time here in NM just for the sheer beauty of it. I don't know how many of you actually get to look at the sky during daylight hours, but there is no denying that something wierd is happening.
I watch a commercial airline plane flying over my house on a crystal clear day, and it makes contrails in the sky that dissipate shortly...right under another unidentified aircraft leaving a much thicker, lasting (as in lasting long enough for the upper winds to spread it across the sky until it almost touches the stripe left by the last one like it) trail. It bothers me.

The only upside is that according to some of the radical theories out there, my 5 acres sitting at 6,000ft elevation in the Gila Wilderness will soon be ocean front property. When/if that happens, anyone reading this is welcome to the beach party!

Kucinich Gives Half-Wit Reporter What For.

Rotty says...

When CNBC attempted political assassination of Kucinch by bringing up the UFO thing at the debates (ignoring him for about 20 minutes prior to that), he replied seeing a UFO and nothing else. The fact that other misinterpret this as "aliens" is their mistake. Kucinich made it clear it just an "unidentified flying object", nothing else.

So people who see UFOs are crazy? I think more people have seen UFos than have seen God. Yet, it ok to see God. Let the Marine take his clipboard and investigate that.

Kucinich Gives Half-Wit Reporter What For.

Thylan, a woman working on TV is just as vapid as much of the general populace that watches TV and looks for things she thinks will make people watch.

RE: Aliens. He said he saw a UFO = unidentified flying object (meaning it could have been el presidente pretending to be Super Man or swamp gas). "I saw a UFO" <> "I saw aliens". Kucinich is far from perfect, but he is not the looney that some folks make him out to be. Look for better reasons why he wouldn't make a good president.

That's the Second Time this has happened . . . (Sift Talk Post)

Jonny - I was suggesting 10 because it could be a combination of video fixes, applause or some future as yet unidentified contribution. Five might be sufficient for just dead video fixes, but keep in mind I was able to fix 32 in one day. -- I see your point about the applause, and I agree partially with you. But does 4 applause mean the comment wasn't truly valuable? (*)Quality is given out fairly readily for posts that someone in the community deems are valuable. It only takes one goldie to do so. Yet someone who contributes an insightful or useful comment needs 5 goldies to agree? Frankly, although I enjoy being rewarded for fixing dead videos, I feel a little guilty like I'm sneaking in the back door. And at the same time I wonder why 5 is the magic number for applause.

Would you shake hands with a Jew?

quantumushroom says...

QM, are you talking about disappearing your religion? The worship of corporate greed?

Don't confuse enlightened self-interest with greed. American freedom allows you and others the highest living standard in the world, provided you put a little effort into it. Meanwhile, socialism has failed or is failing everywhere it's been tried. You claim to be a "fiscal conservative" joe, so I wonder what exactly we're arguing about...

jwray you are right, and I regret downvoting this. These attitudes should be exposed, just like the terrorists known as la raza will be exposed.

Strangely, gwaan is also correct. We're only getting an unidentified slice of something here, tho it's fair to say that anti-Semitism has generally supplanted some missing pillar of Islam.

Spyware (Sift Talk Post)

daphne says...

ds, you probably have malware. I got it just by clicking on a web page. They are veeeery sneaky, those bastards. Check in your "Add/Remove programs" (in Control Panel) to see if you have any unidentifiable programs. These are almost impossible to remove. This is what killed my computer last month.

I highly recommend installing the free "WinPatrol" which allows you easy access to all the information about what's running, starting, etc. on your computer and requires you to approve new "installations."

I had to reformat after my bout because the malware I got was so bad. Adaware and Spybot didn't detect it because it slips in...somehow. Not a computer genius, me.

However, after reformatting my son got it. My research brought me to Spyware Doctor, and the full version cleans most malware programs. However, it is $29.95 USD *cough*(torrent)*cough* Spyware Doctor cleaned it and his computer is all better now.

Do an online virus scan at Housecall. It checks for malware as well as viruses.

Those buggers are a bitch to get rid of. I hope it's simpler than what I described.

Luck!

(If you do Housecall, post any malware it finds.)

Citation Runway over shoot into Atlantic City Bay

LadyBug says...

definitely spotted AC in the distance (taj mahal & cesaers were the give away) ... this is the atlantic city bay. this happened may of last year.

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - A small corporate jet landing in Atlantic City ran off the runway when its brakes failed, careening into a bay. None of the four people on board - rescued by a boater and some residents - were seriously injured. The Charlie Cessna Citation C-25A crashed about 4:30 p.m. Sunday at Bader Field Airport, authorities said.

The pilot, co-pilot and two passengers - all residents of Denmark in Atlantic City for a convention - were returning from a trip to Burlington, Vt. They were taken to a hospital where they were treated and released Sunday night.

An unidentified boater fishing in the area pulled the co-pilot and the two passengers from the jet. Some area residents who saw the crash used a small boat to reach the pilot. One of the residents, Joe Clark, told the Courier-Post of Cherry Hill that the pilot was "calm but concerned with the plane.''

Clark said he thought about using the boat to tow the jet closer to the docks but he abandoned that idea when one of the aircraft's engines suddenly revved up, causing flames and smoke to shoot out.

"I thought it was going to blow up,'' Clark said.

The 10-passenger jet, owned by Weibel Scientific Inc. of Denmark, was expected to be towed away sometime Monday. A company spokesman declined comment on the crash, which is being investigated by the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Transportation Safety Board and state police.
